Can I send unlimited emails?
Keila itself sets no limit. Our Mail Gateway is already included for sending: 10,000 emails per month in the Standard plan, 25,000 in the Premium plan. You can add more volume when ordering – or connect another provider like Amazon SES.
Is Keila an alternative to Mailchimp?
Yes. Keila covers the core tasks: contact lists with segments, opt-in and opt-out forms with double opt-in, an editor for responsive newsletters, sending scheduling, and evaluations. The difference: Your contact data is stored on your own instance in Europe instead of with a US provider.
Can I transfer my contacts from another newsletter tool?
Yes. You can import contacts via CSV, with custom fields and tags. Only transfer contacts with valid consent and include unsubscribes from the old system so that no one unwanted receives mail again.
