The Right CMS for Every Project
Create Websites – You Build, We Operate
As an agency, you build websites for your clients. What you don’t need is the worry about servers, updates, and background accessibility. With us, you’ll find the right content management systems as managed hosting – you decide which CMS you work with, and we ensure it runs reliably, securely, and GDPR-compliant. On certified infrastructure in Europe, without vendor lock-in.
For Agencies That Build for Their Clients
Every client project has its own requirements: sometimes a lean corporate website, sometimes a multilingual presence, sometimes a portal with many editors, or an accessible presence for a public institution. That’s why we don’t tie you to a single system. You choose the CMS that fits the project and the client – and in the end, you hand over exactly what the client needs for content maintenance, nothing more.
CMS Selection at SaaS Web
WordPress – the world’s most widely used CMS. Huge ecosystem, fast implementation, comfortable editing. The pragmatic choice for corporate websites, blogs, and editorial-driven presences where the client later manages content themselves.
Craft CMS – the flexible system for individually modeled websites. You build the structure, fields, and frontend exactly according to the project, and the client gets a clean backend without superfluous options. Ideal if you want full control over the data model and markup, and editing should still remain simple.
Contao – the open-source CMS with a strong focus on accessibility. Particularly suitable for associations, organizations, public institutions, and all projects where accessible websites according to BITV/WCAG are required. Clean rights management included.
TYPO3 – the enterprise CMS for large, complex presences. Multilingualism, multi-site, and finely graded permissions are core features. The right foundation for corporations, institutions, municipalities, and websites with many editors and demanding approval processes.
We are happy to clarify which system makes sense for a project – the crucial thing is that you can work well with it and the client can operate it reliably afterward.
Clear Division of Roles
The setup remains in your hands: you define the structure, design, templates, and permissible content blocks. The client receives access tailored to their actual task – writing texts, exchanging images, maintaining posts, publishing. System settings, updates, and technical aspects don’t even appear for them. This reduces support inquiries and keeps the website in the condition you handed it over for years.
What You Get From Us
Managed Operations. We take care of the appropriate PHP version, database, caching, backups, monitoring, and security updates at the system level – for each of the CMS offered.
Deployment via Git. For Composer-based systems, we provide you with a repository through which you deploy. You continue to use your own repository on GitHub, GitLab, or elsewhere as usual.
Environments as Needed. We can set up staging or development environments parallel to production upon request, so you can test under realistic conditions before anything goes live.
A Contact Person Who Knows the Application. If something gets stuck during deployment or the site behaves unusually, you won’t end up in an anonymous ticket queue.
Scalable. Depending on the project, on shared infrastructure, a dedicated VM, or your own hardware – scaling up can be adjusted later without rebuilding the website.
Data Sovereignty Included
Hosting is exclusively in certified data centers in Europe – GDPR-compliant, with clear responsibilities and no data outflow to third parties. WordPress, Contao, and TYPO3 are open source; Craft CMS and Kirby are commercially licensed, but their source code is openly viewable. This ensures transparency about what runs on your client’s server.
Your CMS, your project – we keep operations running.
