We exclusively operate software that we know ourselves and trust – almost
entirely open source. There are reasons for this: Open software can be audited, you are not dependent on
a single vendor, and your data remains in a format that you can take with you
at any time.

What “Managed” Means to Us

Up to date. We install application updates – depending on the application for core, themes, and plugins
or extensions – and keep the system environment current.

Secured. Daily full backups with a retention period of 7 or 14 days, depending on the plan.

Monitored. Active monitoring of central server metrics – we react to anomalies
before users notice them.

Accessible. Support via ticket, email, and telephone, depending on the plan, and a contact person who
knows the application.

Careful Selection

We only add new applications to our offering once we can operate them reliably and keep them
up to date. Are you missing a specific software? Contact us – we also operate many applications
individually.

From Shared Hosting to Private Cloud

Every application is available in plans that suit its usage: Depending on the application, the Standard plan runs in shared hosting or on its own VM in the public cloud; Premium usually runs on its own VM in the VMware Private Cloud with dedicated resources. For larger projects, we plan a custom architecture in the Enterprise plan, for example with clusters and load balancers. If your requirements grow, we migrate the application – without a new installation. Learn more under Hosting Architectures.

Add-ons Where They Make Sense

Depending on the application, you can add what you need when ordering: additional storage, a higher performance level, the Mail Gateway for reliable email delivery, or a management panel like ISPConfig. Available add-ons are listed on the respective product page.

Your Data Remains Yours

We operate all applications in certified data centers in Europe according to ISO 27001. A Data Processing Agreement is available upon request. Because we rely on open software, you can export your data at any time and take the installation with you.
