Partner Program for Agencies

If you host your clients’ projects with us, it should be worthwhile for you. With the Partner Program, we credit a portion of your Managed Hosting revenue as SaaS Web Coins, which are then applied to your next invoices. The more business you do with us, the more affordable each individual application becomes.

We want to progress together with our customers. We only consider ourselves partners when we help you bring your projects to completion more easily and quickly – benefiting both sides.

How It Works

Collect Revenue. Each quarter, we tally your invoices for Managed Hosting contracts, specifically those from two quarters prior.

Convert to Coins. Based on a simple tiered system, this revenue is converted into a credit of SaaS Web Coins. One Coin is worth 3 EUR.

Apply to Invoices. The Coins are deposited into your credit account and applied to your next invoices.

Only full increments are counted. For 1,159 EUR in revenue, this means 5 × 200 EUR, resulting in 60 Coins with an equivalent value of 180 EUR. The remaining 159 EUR are not considered.

An Example

Werbemanufaktur GmbH hosts 9 WordPress websites with us for 30 EUR per month each, two Nextcloud instances for 25 and 75 EUR, and one GitLab instance for 205 EUR. This totals 575 EUR per month, or 1,725 EUR per quarter.

1,725 EUR includes 8 full increments of 200 EUR. This results in 8 × 12 = 96 SaaS Web Coins, valued at 288 EUR, which will be applied to the next invoices.

The Conditions

The Partner Program is open to selected SaaS Web clients and is subject to a few conditions:

• Minimum quarterly revenue of 100 EUR. No Coins are credited below this amount.
• No special pricing. Only hosting contracts that are not already subject to advantageous special pricing are considered.
• Timely payment. For invoice payments, the due date is immediate, meaning the invoice must be settled within the following days. If payment is received after two weeks, only half of the revenue counts. After four weeks, the claim to Coins is forfeited.
