Why do I need a Mail Gateway?
Shops, CRM systems, or newsletter tools send emails automatically – order confirmations, password links, mailings. With a regular mailbox, such emails quickly end up in spam or hit sending limits. The Mail Gateway is a dedicated mail server solely for this purpose, with its own IP addresses, ensuring your emails reliably reach their destination.
What happens if I exceed my monthly quota?
Your emails will continue to be sent. Anything beyond the quota will be charged per email – between €0.005 and €0.001, depending on your plan. If you regularly send more, upgrading to the next larger plan is worthwhile.
Can I use the Mail Gateway with Keila or my own application?
Yes. The Gateway accepts emails via SMTP: You enter the access data into Keila, your shop, CRM, or your own application. It is already included with Keila mailings; you can book more volume when ordering.
